McLoughlins Garden Machines / Mowerparts may revise these terms and conditions at any time.
Changes are periodically made to this site and may be made at any time.
The use of this site and the purchase of products are subject to these terms and conditions.

Any order made by you shall constitute an offer to purchase. No contract shall exist between you and McLoughlins Garden Machines / Mowerparts for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until McLoughlins Garden Machines / Mowerparts accepts your order by email. That acceptance shall be deemed complete and shall be deemed to be effectively communicated to you at the time. Acceptance of your order creates a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.

There are some items, such as ride-on mower engines, large decks etc.. that we are unable to ship outside Ireland due to weight. This is indicated in the product details. If an order is placed for these items, the order will be refunded less Paypal or Credit Card charges.

We Do Not Ship to UK Islands, Channel Islands or Any Off Shore Islands.

If an order is placed from these Islands, the order will be refunded less Paypal and Credit Card Charges.

While every effort is made to ensure the availability of products and to fulfil all orders, McLoughlins Garden Machines / Mowerparts cannot guarantee the availability of any product displayed on the Site. McLoughlins Garden Machines / Mowerparts reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any goods or service listed on this Site at any time without notice.

Prices are displayed in euro.

Prices are inclusive of Vat and may not include delivery charges.

McLoughlins Garden Machines / Mowerparts accept payment by PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.

Customer Credit Card Information is not stored by McLoughlins Garden Machines / Mowerparts on our servers.

We will use the information you provide solely for the purposes of processing your order or enquiry.Details required as part of the payment process for security and validation checks will be passed to AIB Bank Ireland.

McLoughlins Garden Machines / Mowerparts will endeavour to have your order delivered within three working days. Orders cannot be delivered on Bank Holidays or Weekends.
ID is required on delivery in the form of Drivers Licence, Passport, Utility Bill with the Name and Address of the Customer.

McLoughlins Garden Machines / Mowerparts shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

We accept the return of items only if they are in their original packaging and unused.  To return an item to us you must telephone us within 7 days of their delivery to inform us of your intention to do so. If you return goods, as detailed, within 14 days of delivery to you, we will issue a refund to you for the price you paid for the item less the cost of transporting the goods to you and less any other charges we have incurred in fulfilling your order. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We must be notified of non delivery within four weeks of the order being placed.

Electrical Items and carburettors are non returnable.
Non stock items specially ordered in for a customer are non returnable.
